About Marty
From Dancer on stage to Coach for dancers — My Journey
I didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming a coach. I just wanted to dance — no matter what.
But for a long time, I danced
from a place of pressure.
I was the perfectionist who wanted
to prove she was enough — even when she wasn’t sure she believed
it.
Still, deep down, something told me
I had more to give. More to express. More to become.
I trained hard. I performed. I
studied. But it wasn’t until I discovered mindfulness and
psychology that things started to make sense — not just on stage,
but within myself.
I began to realize that confidence
wasn’t something you magically had — it was something you could
build. Intentionally. Internally.
That changed
everything.
Not only in how I moved, but in how
I saw myself — as an artist, a teacher, and a human
being.
That shift is the reason I do what I
do today.
And since this happened, I've helped dozens of dancers change their perspective and find their own voice.
Are you a dancer ready to experience the same transformation?
My Mission & My Approach
Confidence is not a gift — it’s a skill. And dancers deserve to train it, just like any other part of their asset.
I help dancers
build the kind of inner strength that doesn’t crack under
pressure.
Because the truth
is, you can be technically brilliant and still feel lost, doubtful,
or disconnected.
Through Luce, my live classes, and creative collaborations, I offer spaces where dancers can:
- reconnect with their artistic identity
- feel seen, supported and challenged
- train their mindset with the same care they give to their technique
My work is grounded in
mindfulness, psychology and real-life experience.
It’s not about
becoming someone else — it’s about becoming more fully
yourself.
