You sit down after hours of practice and the awful moment arrives to check the videos you’ve just recorded to see how you did.

As you watch, you can’t help but feel that all-too-familiar weight.

It doesn’t look bad, but… something’s missing.

You replay it, hoping to catch that spark you felt while dancing.

But instead, your eyes fixate on the small mistakes, the imperfections, and the feeling of doubt creeps in.
